In today's increasingly fierce social competition,the work pressure of professional groups has reached an unprecedented level,and burnout has increasingly become a widespread phenomenon in modern society.The civil servants of the government departments must keep up with the times,meet the pressures and challenges,and constantly learn to adapt to the new requirements under the new normal.Therefore,they are under great pressure.They are gradually becoming a professional group with high burnout,and the township civil servants are public.The basic manager of affairs is the direct force for the realization of government functions.A considerable number of them are in a high-stress work environment and are physically and mentally exhausted.This state not only harms personal health but also affects organizational efficiency.Therefore,research on strengthening the problem of job burnout in this group has become an urgent task to effectively protect the physical and mental health of civil servants in towns and villages and promote the scientific development of township public administration.This study takes the township civil servants in L city of S province as the research object,conducts a questionnaire survey on 204 township civil servants,conducts a descriptive analysis of the overall situation of civil servant burnout,and conducts civil servant burnout under different demographic variables.The comparative analysis also analyzes the related factors affecting the job burnout of grassroots civil servants in the towns and cities of S province.This study statistically analyzes the data by means of descriptive analysis,factor analysis and regression analysis.The study draws the following conclusions:(1)In the overall level of burnout,civil servants in towns and cities in L province of S province are at a moderate level of burnout,among which emotional exhaustion is the most serious,followed by humanization,and the lowest ineffectiveness;(2)There is a difference in the demographic variables of civil servants in towns and towns in L city of S province in terms of gender,age,marital status,education,working years,and positions;(3)In terms of influencing factors,the work they are engaged in is not compatible with their own personalities and interests,the degree of matching between their own abilities and job requirements is not high,the unit does not attach importance to post exchange and rotation,and the government's administrative philosophy an functions are transformed.It has complicated my work,and the social supervision has brought a lot of work pressure.My work has not been recognized by the public and cooperated with six factors to have a significant impact on the occupational burnout of township civil servants in L City.Finally,on the basis of confirming the cause of job burnout,it is proposed to establish correct self-cognition and work attitude,strengthen self-career management level,conduct humanized career management according to temperament type,optimize personality characteristics,improve the information transmission mechanism of recruitment,Broaden the channels of township civil servants,examine the localization,diversification of township civil servants,pilot the appointment system,improve the communication management system,moderate job rotation,modern media actively promote the positive image of township civil servants,public expectations of township civil servants should be rational To increase the social support for township civil servants,establish a sound psychological counseling mechanism,and timely propose psychological counseling in nine aspects to prevent and alleviate the burnout of civil servants in towns and cities in L province.
