Study On The Assessment Mechanism Of The SW Municipal Government Investment Promotion Department

The evaluation mechanism of government departments is an advanced management method based on the theory of target management,the new public management theory and the incentive mechanism.It is an assessment for the functional departments' administrative duties.Our country continues to deepen the reform of the political system,to realize the transformation of the government in the process of the gradual implementation of a departmental assessment mechanism,enhance executive power and improve the service level at the same time,to enhance the overall performance of the government,to ease the crisis of public trust of the government,accelerate the construction of efficient government and government satisfaction.The government assessment mechanism and there is no fixed pattern to follow,all local governments are in the practice and summary stage;SW city investment department assessment mechanism is from the beginning of 2003,the annual assessment of an investment to enhance the ability to a great extent,promote the steady growth of the regional economy.However,through the analysis of the assessment system of SW city in 2016,we find that there are still some shortcomings,which are mainly due to the fact that the content of the examination is too much emphasis on the economic indicators,the main function of the assessment is not perfect,the procedure of examination is heavy,and the process of evaluation is light.Aiming at these problems,the paper draws lessons from the practice experience of Zibo and Tianshui investment promotion department's assessment mechanism,and puts forward some countermeasures to improve the evaluation mechanism of SW city's investment promotion department,so as to promote the performance improvement of attracting investment department.
