Study On Rural Women's Participation In Voluntary Service In Caota Town,Zhuji

The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the strategy of "revitalizing the countryside" and took the improvement of spiritual civilization construction in rural areas as an important goal,aiming at promoting the spiritual outlook of farmers,cultivating civilized rural customs,good family customs and simple folk customs,and constantly improving the level of rural social civilization.Rural voluntary service is an important way to enrich the spiritual and cultural life of the grass-roots people,promote the further development of Rural Ideological and moral construction,and innovate grass-roots governance.Under the background of the mass loss of male labor force and young adults,women with their loving and meticulous work take on the responsibility of spiritual civilization construction in rural communities,and have achieved remarkable results.As a famous volunteer service team in Zhuji,Caota Town "Seven Colored Women's Army" plays a great role in the development of rural grass-roots activities.In order to study the factors influencing local women's participation in volunteer activities and promote the better and more lasting development of volunteer activities in the whole city and even in Zhejiang Province,we conducted a household survey in Caota Town,visiting 212 women in 15 villages of Caota Town,and established a Logit model to make an empirical analysis.The results are as follows:The factors affecting the voluntary participation of women in the town of Caota are age,village cadres and Party members,and they all have a significant promotion effect at the level of 1%.It can be seen that the political identity is very influential in the voluntary participation of the rural masses in our country at present.In the perspective of leisure time,the more women work in non farm hours,the more women tend to participate in volunteering,which may be because participating in cultural leisure activities can let working women relax themselves.Similar to most studies,household income per capita was significantly higher at 5%,which promoted the participation of voluntary service activities.Of course,the influencing factors of community environment can not be ignored.According to the results of the article,the two factors,namely,the harmonious atmosphere in the village and the leader of the active organization,are significant at the level of 5% and 1% respectively,and also play a positive role.According to the results of quantitative analysis,the article puts forward the following suggestions: Firstly,at any time,women's Federation organizations should play a leading role in building the brand of volunteer team in Caota Town by carrying out propaganda work.;secondly,the government should strengthen the management of volunteer teams,mainly through grid management and improvement of evaluation system,to standardize the development of volunteer activities;thirdly,in view of the village;The importance of internal leaders and the role of nurturing and setting up a good model task of volunteer service activities must be put in the first place;furthermore,according to the characteristics of different age groups,targeted activities should be carried out to encourage women to participate in voluntary activities;finally,according to the historical and cultural background and characteristics of each village,give full play to its own advantages and carry out voluntary activities in accordance with local conditions.
