The Study On Project Of Evaluation Regarding To The Assessment Of County Party Secretary

Since 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China held on,It's the key to built a scientific and logical system that evaluates the achievements of local governments for construction of cadres.There are more than 2000 counties that are important administrative units in China.Performance assessment of county party secretary is more and more important because they are the major leaders who are responsible for strengthening Party building and developing the economy.Therefore the study on project of evaluation regarding to the assessment of County Party Secretary has certain theoretical and practical significance.The thesis focuses on the evaluation of county party and government duty,find out the problem in the investigation of county(district)change in 2016 in Nanning and analyze the causes.Based on the project management theory,We discuss how to build the performance assessment system of county party secretary by improving the system's indicators,weights,method and procedure from the perspective of economic and social development results,party building and regional things.It will provide reference for the establishment of the performance assessment system of county party secretary.
