active exploration and practice of various places,which has opened up a new situation for the construction of rural old-age service system in China.In this context,rural mutual-assurance services have emerged.The "13th Five-Year Plan for the Development of the Aged Career and the System of Providing for the Aged System" emphasizes the development of rural mutual assistance and old-age care services through the means of mutual assistance among neighbors,mutual assistance of friends and relatives,resource services,and the establishment of rural happy homes and pensions.It has affirmed the important role and status of mutual assistance and old-age care services.In recent years,governments at all levels have actively guided the development of mutual-supporting old-age care services,and introduced a series of related policies.The research on rural mutual-care and old-age care service system can make the elderly get more comprehensive and faster in life.The service makes the support system for aged care services more complete and sound.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct research on rural mutual-care services,alleviate the pressure on rural old-age services,and promote the healthy development of rural old-age service systems.This paper takes the mutual aid old-age service origin,Hebei Province,Feixiang County Mutual Aid Hall as the main investigation object,through questionnaires,field visits,field visits to understand the current situation of mutual help happiness,from infrastructure construction,standard management,capital investment,participation The six aspects of the main body,service function and talent construction summarize the current situation of mutual support for the provision of old-age care services.It is concluded that the rural mutual-assisted care service has low inclusiveness in supply and demand,lack of management,poor organization operation,and single functional service mode.The main problems are the main sources of funds,the weak participation of social forces,the lack of talents of the elderly,the lack of talents,the unreasonable construction and scale distribution,the lack of information construction,the lack of medical rehabilitation services,and the imperfect and mutual assistance of the rural old-age service system.The path of the old-age service is not smooth,and the causes of the problems are analyzed.Taking the specific situation of mutual support and old-age care services in Shandong Province and Hubei Province as the supplement,the experience of mutual-supporting old-age care services role,and form a pension system with complementary resources and complementary advantages.Compared with the traditional rural old-age service system,the integrated rural old-age service system is based on basic objectives,residential forms and coverage.The scope,main ways of providing for the aged,the sources of pension funds,the providers of old-age care,and the management of the organization have greatly improved.From the "bottom line" to the "appropriate general benefit",the system includes optional pensions at all stages of the life course of the elderly.The way,not only limited to traditional methods such as family pension and institutional pension,can relatively improve the quality of daily life of rural elderly.Under the integrated mutual-care and old-age care service system,the construction and implementation of the rural mutual-supporting old-age care service with the core of mutual assistance and pension is focused on,ensuring the important position of mutual-supporting old-age care service,giving full play to the advantages of mutual-supporting old-age care services and meeting the needs of the elderly in rural areas.The implementation of rural
