Study On The Service Of The Communist Youth League For The Youth Entrepreneurship In Dashiqiao City

In recent years,under the background of the transformation of economic growth mode,how to encourage and serve the youth entrepreneurship has become a focus of the whole society.The young entrepreneurs solves the employment problems of its own continuously,and meanwhile provides more jobs for the society,which brings a multiplier effect.As a mass organizations of advanced youth under the leadership of the Communist Party of China,the Communist Youth League acting as a bridge between the youth and the party,should assume the responsibility of serving the youth entrepreneurship and promoting youth entrepreneurship.However,through the study on the service of the Communist Youth League for the youth entrepreneurship,it is found that there exist some deficiencies in the service work of the Communist Youth League in terms of concept guiding,policy implementation,financial assistance,resource integration,etc.Under this background,how to change the service concept,broaden the service channel,integrate service resources and increase service carriers for the Communist Youth League so as to achieve a better service effect for the youth entrepreneurship is the issue that the Communist Youth League must think over and explore under the new situation.By defining the concepts of "the Communist Youth League" and "the youth entrepreneurship",this paper,based on multiple governance theory and public management theory,through the analysis of the present situation of the Communist Youth League for the youth entrepreneurship in Dashiqiao City,there are still some problems concerning various aspects on the service of the Communist Youth League for the youth entrepreneurship such as the inadequate guidance,the deficient entrepreneurial financing help,the poor entrepreneurship training support,the unimplemented entrepreneurship policies,etc.And study on the existing problems,the rational analysis of the causes of the problems,combined with the actual local work in Dashiqiao City,from the nature of the Communist Youth League,the author proposes series of solutions to enhance the organization service consciousness and ability,strengthen education guide and entrepreneurial training,guide the youth to establish the correct concept of entrepreneurship,coordinate relevant departments to break the financing bottleneck,reduce the burden of entrepreneurship,promote youth entrepreneurship with all resources on business services,and optimize the youth entrepreneurship environment.The Communist Youth League in Dashiqiao City will better the service for the local young entrepreneurs and improve the youth entrepreneurship environment in this region.And meanwhile,effectively help the youth to solve problems encountered in entrepreneurship,and promote the growth of young people,to become a powerful.Promoting youth entrepreneurship is the important work needed by the Party and government and meanwhile expected by the youth,and serving the youth entrepreneurship is not only an important breakthrough of the work of the Communist Youth League in the new era,but the Communist Youth League's important historical mission.To well grasp the work of serving the youth entrepreneurship,first of all,the Communist Youth League must go deep among the youth,grasp their development trend and understand the needs of the youth for entrepreneurship;secondly,it must play an effective role in concept guiding,entrepreneurship training,policy implementation,resource integration,service platform,.in order to better fulfill the responsibilities of serving youth entrepreneurship.In the future work of promoting youth entrepreneurship,the Communist Youth League in Dashiqiao City should further establish a "self-development" mechanism,improve the existing assistance mechanism,excavate its own potentials,fully integrate existing resources,give play to its own advantages to provide convenient conditions for the youth entrepreneurship and give support to young entrepreneurs to the greatest degree.
