On The Corruption Of Village Officials District Of Hunnan In Shenyang

Since the reform and opening-up policy,with the further development of the cause of socialism with China characteristics,the pace of the rule of law has continuously accelerated,and the construction of anti-corruption has also made new progress and results in order to improve the system of preventing and punishing corruption.Especially since the 18th national congress of the CPC,in the case of high pressure and anti-corruption,the People's satisfaction with anti-corruption efforts continued to improve.After years of common efforts,China's anti-corruption efforts have achieved some success,however,we have to confront a real problem:the grass-roots anti-corruption efforts have failed to achieve the desired results,in some way it is even worse than before.The issue of grassroots corruption is becoming increasingly prominent,and the development of economy has been seriously affected.The community should recognize the terrible about corruption,a number of people need to pay the corruption behavior caused by corruption.Corruption would not only cause the loss of public funds,property,business delays,more seriously,the loss of trust in government and grassroots autonomy.And in the longer term,it is not conducive to the development of the moral level of society.The credibility of the government and the grassroots autonomous organization is established relying on their own efforts,in implementing new policies,if people do not support or respond to a negative response,shouldn't the people involved think about the reason?Is that ascribed to the incoordination or the low quality of the people?Relevant departments should deeply introspect that how to build a credible government and grass-roots autonomous organization.Based on the analysis of concept,characteristic and harmfulness of China's current village official corruption,and of the main performance and reasons of Shenyang Hunnan village official corruption,this paper sets forth some countermeasures for the village official corruption,including perfecting the socialistic essential mechanism,establishing corresponding effective mechanism,and completing the mechanism to supervise and restrain power.It is also clear that the construction of the system is always to service the economy.Under the circumstance that the level of economic development in rural China has not yet reached the developed level,it is more necessary to establish and improve the corresponding management mechanism.
