Research On The Classification And Dissolving Strategy Of The Petitions In Wujin District Of Changzhou

As a system with Chinese characteristics,the existence of letters and visits has adapted to the specific national conditions of the period of social transformation in China.The study of the issue of social letters and visits is also an important aspect of the study of social harmony and stability.How to solve the social problems is an important aspect of the study of social harmony and stability,Wujin District,as a city in the eastern developed areas,has been awarded the top 100 counties in China for third consecutive years and evaluated for the comprehensive strength 100 in China's small and medium-sized cities in three years.Wujin was a major traditional agricultural area,gradually promote from the development of township economy to urban and rural transition and preparation of the new town.The economic development is gratifying.The social structure also experienced a huge transformation with the economic development at the same time.Mapping to the social sphere,demands for letters and visits is increasing.The expression of letters and visits is becoming more and more intense and the contradiction is more and more difficult,which is related to social harmony and stability,but also related to the long-term development of its potential.So how to resolve the contradiction is an important content of local government public services and social management.Based on data statistics,chart analysis and other methods,this study classify the petitions from the levels,numbers,times,purposes and contents of different dimensions,and analyzes the key factors that affect social stability,and then puts forward rationalization proposals to help resolve the current petition problems.The results of the investigation and analysis show that the petitioners in Wujin district mainly focus on land acquisition,demolition,land acquisition,social security and welfare.Repeat visits,set to visit and at the beginning of the letter still need to be highly valued.From the two angles of the government and the people,this study starts with the two dimensions of macro and onlookers.The main line of the study is to put forward the reform of the reform of the rule of law from the stability of the people,the priority of the interests of the people's livelihood,the strict adherence to the bottom line of the law.It also pays special attention to the grassroots leadership and grass-roots level in order to ensure the continuous implementation of the leadership package case,the leadership meeting and the investigation and contradiction system.At the beginning of the letter to the early,major collective visits and repeated leapfrog visit were put forward to resolve the strategy analysis.Through the research scope is small,the data is detailed and clear.It is a supplement and supplement to the research field of social governance in the economically developed areas.The research results have a certain reference for other local governments to resolve the conflict of letters and visits.
