Research Reports About Livability Factors Of Jinzhou City

Cities are the center of people gathering and the important carrier of business,trade,administration and transportation.As China's economy developing,the step of urbanization accelerates,and scale of cities expands,a large number of problems emerge,such as traffic congestion,the deterioration of ecological environment,price fluctuation,the crime rate rise,which influence people's transportation and lives.In the today that calls for people-oriented and harmonious society.The wishes and demands of the residents are receiving more attention from the government,so improvement of the living comfort and building a livable city have become the trend of city development and transformation.Jinzhou as the important transportation hub in the West Liaoning Corridor,is facing a series of problems caused by the rapid economic development and urban expansion in the south.This paper starts from the livable satisfaction Jinzhou's of residents and the influencing factors,which is not only conducive to further supplement and perfect the relevant theoretical research of livable city,but also provides an important guiding significance for the planning and construction of livable city through discussing the suggestions and measure of improving the city's livability.This paper first states the background,the purpose and significance of the research,sums up the six major influencing elements(ecological environment,public transportation,public safety,public service facilities,consumption level and cultural atmosphere)through the studies of the researches on influencing factors of city livability at home and abroad and the researches on the domestic and international livability theory,and then designs the questionnaire.By means of questionnaire survey,stratified sampling method is used to distribute questionnaires in four districts of Jinzhou according to the proportion and the data sample is gained.This paper compares the influencing factors of each category in the four districts,and gets the resident satisfaction evaluation of each district and analyzes the main problems and reasons in livability in each district.Guta District and Linghe District are the old urban areas.The infrastructure is complete,which is more convenient for residents to go out and live.But the roads are narrow,traffic is congested and the price is higher;Songshan District started late,planning and design are reasonable,roads are clear,ecological environment is good.The problems are that public service facilities are not perfect and the consumption level is higher;Taihe District is dominated by agriculture,the area has heavy manufacturing industry,so the overall level of satisfaction in the area is less than the other three areas.It is to integrate and analyze the satisfaction degrees of each district and make an overall evaluation on the livability in Jinzhou:Jinzhou livability needs to be improved,and the ecological environment and cultural atmosphere have lowered the livability of Jinzhou,At last,it provides suggestion on the livability in the construction of the city,that are strengthening the protection of ecological environment,improve road system planning,strengthen public security construction,increasing investment in public service facilities,balanced price system and promoting urban culture.
