Research On Northeast Asia Cooperation Under Xi Jinping's Perspective Of Asian Security

In the past 40 years of reform and opening up,China has achieved rapid development,and its comprehensive strength and international status have been greatly enhanced.This has greatly benefited from friendly cooperation with neighboring countries.If China wants to achieve further development,it is also inseparable from the good surrounding environment.China is located in the Northeast Asia region,with a coat of water in Northeast Asia.Therefore,maintaining security and stability in Northeast Asia is an important condition for China to achieve peace and development.However,due to the multiple influences of historical and practical factors,the conflicts in Northeast Asia are complicated,the situation is turbulent and the cooperation process is slow.As a newly emerging power in Northeast Asia,China has the responsibility and obligation to contribute Chinese wisdom and contribute to China's regional cooperation.Since the 18 th National Congress,Xi Jinping has attached great importance to the security issues surrounding China.Xi Jinping repeatedly stressed the need to adhere to the principle of "being good neighbors and partners" and to handle relations with neighboring countries.In 2014,under the full understanding of the new development situation in Asia and the world,Xi Jinping proposed the Asian security concept centered on “common security,comprehensive security,cooperative security and sustainable security”.Xi Jinping's Asian security concept is a guiding principle for China and other countries to work together to achieve security in the Asian region.It has important guiding significance for maintaining security and stability in Asia and deepening cooperation in Northeast Asia.Based on an in-depth understanding of Xi Jinping's Asian security concept,this paper objectively analyzes the current problems and causes of Northeast Asia cooperation,and finally puts forward effective countermeasures to deepen Northeast Asia cooperation under the guidance of Xi Jinping's Asian security concept.The main body of this paper is divided into four parts: The first part explains the rich connotation of Xi Jinping's Asian security concept: “common security”,“integrated security”,“cooperative security” and “sustainable security”.The secondpart discusses the problems facing the current development of Northeast Asia from four aspects: ideology,security,political mutual trust and economy.The third part focuses on the causes of the problems facing Northeast Asia cooperation,including the interference of historical factors,national conditions and ideological differences,third-party intervention constraints and the lack of a unified cooperation mechanism.In the fourth part,under the guidance of Xi Jinping's Asian security concept,in view of the current status and problems of Northeast Asia cooperation,the corresponding measures are proposed from four aspects: ideological construction,regional security maintenance,political mutual trust promotion,and regional economic development.The deepening of Asian cooperation.
