Study On The Government Function Optimization Of All-of-one Tourism Development In Mile,Yunnan Province

As the leader of tourism resources and the planner of tourism development in the region,government departments shoulder many responsibilities such as planning,protection,management,propaganda,promotion and supervision.How to define their own position in these functions and maximize the effectiveness of government functions is an urgent problem faced by governments at all levels.Mile,Yunnan Province,with its superior location,traffic conditions,environmental resources and sound economic development as the driving force,has made vigorous development of “all-of-one tourism” in recent years.However,with the continuous transformation and upgrading of the economy,there are some problems in the development of tourism in Mile,such as the unbalanced development of tourism in the whole region,the lack of brand effect of tourism industry,the large gap between supply and demand of tourism public services,and the weak supervision and management of Tourism market,which hinder the healthy development of tourism in Mile.The successful experience of Hainan,Guangxi and other leading prefectures in developing all-of-one tourism shows that the government plays an indispensable role in this development process.This paper takes the theory of government role and governance as the theoretical basis of theoretical research,and takes the Government of Mile how to further optimize its government functions in the all-of-one tourism development as the research objective.It adopts the methods of literature analysis,questionnaire,comparative study and interview,and analyses and discusses the government functions in the process of all-of-one tourism development.The main problems include: firstly,the role of the government of the tourist destination in each link and the content of the functions it should perform;secondly,the current situation,the existing problems and the causes of the problems in the performance of the functions of the government of Mile.Based on the analysis of the above problems,this paper further gives the relevant countermeasures and suggestions to optimize the government function research of the all-of-one tourism development in Mile.The contents of this paper are mainly divided into three parts: Firstly,the favorable conditions for the development of all-of-one tourism in Mile and the current situation of government functions are analyzed and discussed.Through sorting out and summing up the existing tourism resources in Mile,this paper objectively analyses the status quo of the overall tourism planning,the rapid expansion of industry scale,the start of city brand publicity,the increase of public tourism services,the gradual standardization of market supervision ability,and the benefits of the development results to the residents.Secondly,the problems of Mile in the development of all-of-one tourism are analyzed comprehensively,including the unbalanced development of all-of-one tourism,the comprehensive social and economic benefits,the ineffective publicity of regional image,the lagging supply of tourism public services,the emphasis of market supervision on sport-based law enforcement,and the lack of a shared atmosphere among residents.Then it analyses the reasons for the above problems in the performance of government functions,including the mismatch of government power and financial rights,the lack of professionalism in guiding industrial integration,the lack of brand building ability of destination cities,the lack of predictability in the provision of tourism public services,the imperfect market supervision system,the lack of effective compensation for interests and the lack of propaganda and communication mechanism.Thirdly,combined with the development of European tourism towns and the successful measures and advanced experience of Hainan Qionghai Municipal Government in promoting tourism development,the paper gives the countermeasures and suggestions to optimize the functions of Mile's Government in the process of all-of-one tourism development,including establishing and improving the scientific mechanism fall-of-one tourism development and establishing a sound all-of-one tourism public service system.To be a carrier,we should pay more attention to the scientificity of the practice of all-of-one tourism development,guide and support the extension of industrial chain,condense and market the image of regional tourism,optimize the tourism public service within the region,strengthen the supervision of the tourism market within the region,and improve the sharing mechanism within the region.
