Research On Rural Home-care Service In Ouhai District Of Wenzhou City

At present,China's aging population is becoming increasingly serious,especially in rural areas,the demand for social care services is becoming more and more prominent.Under the premise of fully respecting the old-age willingness of the elderly in rural areas,how to take measures to promote and perfect the old-age care service in rural communities has become an important issue in the rural areas.This paper studies the problem of rural home care service in Ouhai District,Wenzhou City,Zhejiang Province,on the basis of social welfare theory,welfare pluralism theory and co-product theory.In this research,we mainly use questionnaires,interview exchange and participation investigation to obtain the required data and individual cases.For the elderly in the rural areas of Ouhai the status of the elderly,the research group to take a questionnaire survey approach,and assisted by case-by-case interviews to be expanded.The survey includes the basic information of the rural elderly population,income sources,family structure,physical health,medical needs,satisfaction,willingness to serve and so on.Including the name,sex,age,children,educational level,income sources,the status of pension,etc.The second part is to investigate the current situation of the elderly in rural areas of the elderly services The third part is to investigate the rural elderly is how to evaluate the current status of rural home care and found that the problem.Through the investigation,this study found that the rural old-age service system has been initially established in Ouhai district,but the elderly,especially the rural elderly,are still not satisfied with the old-age service,the main problem is:the rural single-family service,Low;lack of trained professional services,poor quality of service;daily management and service standards are low,need to improve.The main causes of these problems are:the government in the rural home care services in the lack of functions;lack of financial capital protection;laws and regulations and follow-up supervision is not enough;lack of other sister organizations involved.Based on the summarization of the achievements of the rural community model,this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to promote and further improve the rural residential care service in Ouhai:First,we need to increase the investment of government financial funds;Pension service management system;third is the construction of a feature of the rural home care professional services team;four is the integration of rural home care service resources,scientific co-ordination.
