Optimization Analysis Of Public Legal Services In Ouhai District Of Wenzhou

With the development and progress of social economy,the public's demand for basic public legal services has become increasingly strong.Especially,the demand for basic legal services closely related to the production and life of the masses has gradually been incorporated into the public service development strategy of local governments.Local governments have increasingly attached importance to and committed themselves to the construction of basic public laws to meet the needs of the public.The supply system of public goods for service demand.The construction of public legal service system is a basic project for the benefit of the country and the people.Through continuous exploration and practice in recent years,Ouhai District of Wenzhou City has carried out the construction of public legal service system according to local conditions,and has made some progress,and has also formed some successful experiences.However,it is in line with the public law in developed areas of domestic economy.Compared with service,there are still some gaps,which need to be further improved and improved.Therefore,according to the public demand for public legal services,it is a long way to establish a sound and efficient public legal service system.This paper takes the construction of public legal service system in Ouhai District of Wenzhou City as the research object.On the basis of elaborating the relevant theories and concepts of public legal service,it makes a practical investigation on the present situation of public legal service supply in Ouhai District,and further summarizes and analyses the existing problems and causes,so as to further improve it.Publicity mechanism,rational allocation of resources,research and development of legal products,increasing service modes,strengthening system construction and other aspects of targeted countermeasures are analyzed.It is of great practical significance to better safeguard citizens' basic rights,promote social equity and justice,and strengthen the construction of a government ruled by law.
