Study On The Development Of Home Care Service Center In Shijiazhuang,Hebei Province

In the face of the increase of China's elderly population base,solving the problem of providing for the aged has aroused great attention from governments at all levels.From the national "13th five-year plan",it is clear that home-based pension is the main way to solve the pension problem in China.Some local governments implement the central policy and put forward the "9073" pension pattern(and 90% of the elderly will adopt home-based pension,7% of the elderly will adopt community pension and 3% of the elderly will adopt institutional pension).In the 13 th five-year plan,shijiazhuang municipal government has also made it clear to construct the "9064" old-age care pattern,and issued a series of policies to support the community and streets to complete the planning and construction of home-based old-age care service center.This paper is developed through seven chapters.The first chapter,this chapter mainly includes the background and significance of this article,domestic and international research review,research methods and content ideas,research innovations and corresponding introductions and explanations.The second chapter,based on the introduction of this paper,explains the relevant concepts and theoretical basis.The third chapter summarizes the aging situation,policy support status and empirical research of shijiazhuang city.The fourth chapter discusses the main problems of home care service centers at community and street levels in shijiazhuang,the insufficient allocation and weak role in the development of home care service centers at community level,the lack of supervision and insufficient publicity of home care service centers at community and street levels.The fifth chapter analyzes the problems existing in the development of home care service centers in shijiazhuang,and finds that the main reasons for these problems are that the allocation of community home care service centers is restricted by many factors and not very attractive.However,the supervision of community and street home care service center has a large staff gap and its own publicity subject and single publicity channels.The sixth chapter,through understanding the construction situation of home care service center in other cities in China,obtains relevant experience enlightenment of shijiazhuang's development of home care service center.The seventh chapter,pointed out that the development of shijiazhuang city home endowment service center to promote community home endowment service center and enterprise to develop the new pattern of mutualism,diversification of supply,creating "endowment-health-entertainment" integrated endowment,widen the channel of the multiple operation supervision assessment,strengthening the family endowment service center of the propaganda.
