Research On Problems And Countermeasures Of The Implementation Of Young Pioneers' Activity Courses

Youth makes the country prosperous,while youth makes the country strong.Children and adolescents are the future of the motherland and the hope of the country.As an extensive group education organization for children and adolescents,the Chinese Young Pioneers(hereinafter referred to as YPs)shoulder the glorious mission of cultivating new people to take on the task of rejuvenating the Chinese nation.Actively improve the work of YPs,and constantly enhance their sense of honor and mission.However,as a special kind of organizational education,the YPs' education is not simply preaching and indoctrinating,but enjoying teaching and educating in activity courses.Therefore,research on the implementation of YPs' activity courses plays a decisive role in improving the actual effectiveness of YPs' education.In view of this,based on the national policy documents such as "Guidance Outline of Young Pioneers Activity Course(Trial Implementation)","Key Points of Young Pioneers' Work in 2018" and "Resolution on Further Learning,Publicizing and Implementing the Spirit of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China to Deeply Promote Young Pioneers' Reform and Attack the Strong Points",this research applies literature method,questionnaire method and interview method to investigate the current situation of the implementation of YPs' activity courses in three primary schools at different levels in city C.Centering on four dimensions: theme setting,content selection,development form and resource utilization,this paper systematically and objectively analyses the current situation and existing problems of the implementation of YPs' activity courses.On this basis,this paper puts forward some countermeasures for the implementation of YP activity courses,which meets the requirements of healthy growth of children and adolescents.This research finds that the main problems existed in the implementation of YPs' activity courses at present include that the theme of the YPs' activity courses is not prominent in the times;the uniqueness of the content of the YPs' activity courses is neglected;the development form of the YPs' activity courses is relatively single;and the resource utilization of the YPs' activity courses is insufficient.Thus the optimization strategies are put forward as follows: firstly,to implement the curriculum theme that meets the training objectives of YPs;secondly,to design the curriculum content with the characteristics of YPs;thirdly,to enrich the curriculum development form through Young Pioneers Brand Activities;fourthly,to effectively develop curriculum resources according to the characteristics of the times.
