With the development of economy and society and the improvement of people's spiritual needs,tourism has attracted more and more attention,and China has thus entered a new era of national tourism.Tourism activities affect the economic development,social security,environmental change and other livelihood effects of tourist destinations to varying degrees,as well as the development of ethnic tourism areas.Based on LinXiaZhou as an example,this paper based on the analysis of tourism development and improve the internal logic of relations on the basis of people's livelihood,in the framework of evaluation of the effect of tourism,set into the evaluation of the effect of the people's livelihood indicators,using the scholars building in national regions effect evaluation index system of the people's livelihood,through field investigation and data access,obtains the related research data,and USES the entropy value method to determine index weight,use of Excel software,such as the tourism industry in LinXiaZhou 10 years to evaluate the effect of the people's livelihood.The study finds that only when tourism becomes the leading industry in this region can it effectively promote the improvement and development of local people's livelihood.The livelihood effect of tourism is positively correlated with the status of tourism industry.Therefore,if we want to promote the improvement of people's livelihood through the development of tourism,the way is to accelerate the development of tourism,establish tourism as the pillar industry status of the region,and then transform the tourism effect into the people's livelihood effect from the three aspects of economic livelihood effect,social livelihood effect and ecological livelihood effect.
