| With the progress and development of society and economy,the aging of the population is one of the important problems facing the society.According to the latest statistics in 2017,the population over 60 years of age has reached 240 million and the population over 65 years of age has reached 158 million,with a continuous upward trend.In recent years,people's understanding of the aging of the population has deepened,and the problem of the elderly has gradually entered the public eye.Among the many elderly problems,the related research on the elderly ex-prisoners has not received more attention.Haidian court recently released a survey: the crime rate among the elderly has been on the rise.,has seriously hindered the social progress and development.Therefore,how to promote the social participation of the elderly ex-prisoners is undoubtedly a problem that our social workers must pay attention to.During the internship,social workers provide case service to an elderly ex-prisoner who is based on crisis intervention theory,social support theory and rational emotion theory,and make full use of literature,case interview and other research methods to collect the basic information of the case owner to clarify the family,social and psychological difficulties the case owner faces.Through further understanding of the case owner,it is clear that the case owner needs interpersonal communication,family care,psychological support and self-realization.Establish professional relations with the case owner,set work objectives and specific work plans,and attach importance to the application of relevant theories in the specific intervention process to help the case owner participate in society better.Finally,the intervention process of case work is analyzed,not only the effectiveness of this intervention,but also the deficiencies in the intervention process.According to the relevant experience and problems,a set of effective methods to promote the social participation of elderly ex-prisoners are found. |
