Research On China's Terrorism Detective Countermeasures Under The Background Of International Terrorism Transformation

Terrorism has seriously affected the security and stability of the international community.The "9.11" incident has pushed terrorism to a climax.For more than a decade,despite the joint suppression by the international community,terrorism is still a threat to international security.One of the main non-traditional security factors,and presents a more and more serious situation.Terrorism has evolved and transformed in the course of changes in the international situation and has continuously enhanced its destructiveness and influence.The terrorist threats faced by China in recent years have been increasing,and the surrounding terrorist forces have been colluding in an attempt to create terrorist attacks.The “Belt and Road” strategy has crossed the core of terrorism and the pressure on counter-terrorism has increased sharply.In the context of the current transformation of terrorism,China urgently needs to remedy the problem and constantly strengthen its anti-terrorism capabilities and consolidate the basis of counter-terrorism.Therefore,based on the background of international terrorism,this article is based on the reality of counter-terrorism and aims to improve and perfect China's terrorism prevention and control measures in response to the current anti-terrorism predicament.In addition to the introduction and acknowledgement,this article is divided into four parts:The first part is a review of the transformation and performance of international terrorism after 9/11.After 9/11,terrorism experienced a period of stagnation and gradually increased due to changes in the international situation.In 2011,under the stimulation of the“Arab Spring”,it entered a new round of active period.During this period,the transformation performance was more prominent.First,the transition from highly organized terrorism such as Al Qaeda and Islamic State to individual terrorism.Second,the region of terrorist activities spread to the periphery,the characteristics of globalization were obvious,and the third was network technology.Development has stimulated the emergence and development of new types of cyber terrorism.At the same time,this paper analyzes the overall motivation of its transformation and summarizes the new characteristics of international terrorism from the aspects of scope of activity,target of attack,means of attack and mode of communication.The second part is the impact of the transformation of international terrorism on China'scounter-terrorism.The impact of international terrorism on China is multi-faceted.First,the seriously restricted China's ability to counter terrorism in the current transition period of terrorism.The fourth part puts forward the countermeasures for the detection and control of terrorism in China under the new situation.Based on the transformation trend and performance of international terrorism and the influence and predicament of China's anti-terrorism in this context,the author puts forward the countermeasures to perfect the prevention and control of terrorism in China: advocating the focus and starting point of anti-terrorism layout from the perspective of overall security
