Research On The Social Status And Promotion Path Of Migrant Workers Under The Concept Of Shared Development

The problem of migrant workers is a major issue in the process of social construction in China.In particular,in the case of sharing the concept of shared development in China,the study of the social status of the present migrant workers is not only closely related to the effective solution of the "three rural issues",but also is related to the goal of "two one hundred years".It will not be realized smoothly.Therefore,it is the responsibility of our researchers to explore and give corresponding guidance to migrant workers’ social status.The in-depth study of the social status of migrant workers will not only help to strengthen the shared development concept of the whole society,improve the understanding of the migrant workers,but also benefit the implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization,which is conducive to alleviating the main social contradictions in our country.At present,the concept of shared development has the characteristics of universality,flexibility and consistency;its scientific connotation is to adhere to the development of the people,rely on the people,and share the development results by the people;the social status is a social state caused by the understanding of many factors,its professional status,and the urban political participation behavior.Family background and national area are the main influencing factors.Although the current political rights of migrant workers have been improved,the economic situation has improved,the spiritual culture construction is further improved.However,there are still many problems in the status quo of the social position of migrant workers in our country because of the large number of migrant workers and the basic conditions of the primary stage of socialism in China.There are two main reasons for the problem,the first is the internal reason,the main reason is that the cultural quality of the migrant workers is not high,and the second is the external factors,such as the government,the employment unit and the social level.To improve the social status of migrant workers,the first task is to improve the working skills and overall quality of the migrant workers.In the reform of the household registration system,the government still needs to bear more responsibility on the social status of the migrant workers.The enterprise needs to start from its own responsibility,strengthen its own construction and fulfill the social responsibility of the enterprise.To enhance the sense of corporate identity of migrant workers,and to create an equal and harmonious social atmosphere at last,can also play a positive role in the rapid integration of migrant workers into the city.
