Research On The Innovation Of Regional Public Management System Of Yangtze River City Group

In the new era of global economic integration,social information globalization,and social service informationization in the 21 st century,various countries and regions have taken the coordinated development of the region into consideration when planning and developing.This is not only a practice.The problem is also related to specific theories.Therefore,how to face the rapid development of society and how to develop the regional management system in an innovative way can make it worthwhile to explore how regional coordination can be developed quickly and well.With the in-depth implementation of the regional development strategy and the new urbanization strategy,the country has deepened its reform and opening to the outside world,vigorously promoted the construction of ecological civilization,actively planned regional development,promoted the expansion of economic growth space from the coast to the inland,and promoted the economic development of the Yangtze river by relying on the Yangtze golden waterway,thus providing strong impetus and favorable guarantee for the overall improvement of urbanization quality,the promotion of coordinated development of urban and urban areas and the transformation of economic development.It also creates a good condition for the development and opening of the mid-yangtze river urban agglomerations to enhance their overall strength and competitiveness.At the same time,we should also see that the integrated development mechanism of urban agglomeration in the middle reaches of the Yangtze river needs to be improved.The central city radiating ability is not strong,the industrial structure and the space layout is not reasonable.The problem of environmental pollution is prominent and the development of urban and rural areas is not balanced.There is a long way to go for harmony between man and nature.This paper attempts to from the basic concept of regional public management,the economic integration of urban agglomeration in the middle reach of Yangtze river development on the basis of combing,investigates the present situation and problems of the construction of the integration of urban agglomeration in the middle reach of Yangtze river area,it isconcluded that the following aspects of thinking.First,under the framework of the existing administrative system,the innovation and construction of a set of regional public management system conducive to the development of urban agglomeration regional integration,the construction of the integration of urban agglomeration in the middle reach of Yangtze river has become the most urgent task.Second,the obstacle of regional integration construction in the middle reaches of the Yangtze river mainly lies in the disorientation of regional public management system and the existence of regional administrative barriers.Thirdly,the regional integration of urban agglomeration in the middle reaches of the Yangtze river should realize the leapfrog development,must solve the system problem,innovate the internal mechanism,and seek for breakthrough and innovation.
