Problems And Countermeasures Of Violence Against Law In Urban Management In China

Since the establishment of the first urban management law enforcement team in 1997,urban management law enforcement has gone through more than 20 years in China.Along with the continuous improvement of the level of urbanization,the gap between urban and rural areas in China has continued to expand,the conflicts between different sectors of society have become increasingly apparent,the law enforcement environment of urban management has become increasingly complex,and violent anti-law incidents have occurred frequently during the law enforcement process.How to get rid of the violent and anti-law dilemma in urban management law enforcement is an urgent problem to be solved.The first part of the article elaborates on the reasons for choosing the topic,the main academic viewpoints in China and the existing problems,in order to clarify the meaning and ideas of writing.The second part of the article mainly describes the current situation of violent resistance to law enforcement in urban management in China from the types,fields,characteristics and hazards of violent anti-law incidents in urban management.The third part of the article explores the causes of violent resistance to law from the three main aspects of law enforcement subjects and law enforcement counterparts,law,socio-political economy.The fourth part of the article puts forward ten ways to solve the problem of violent resistance to law from three aspects: innovative urban governance means,strengthening the legislation of urban management law enforcement to deal with violent anti-law issues,and establishing a sound law enforcement guarantee mechanism.
