With the increasing population of the elderly in China,the diversification of the pension model,the transformation of the old-age thinking,and the increase of the number of off-site pensions of the seasonal migratory retirees in other places,how to guide and serve the seasonal migratory retirees,pension in other places has been paid more and more attention by the government and society.This article chooses the study on the social integration of off-site pension of the seasonal migratory retirees.It is hopes to discuss the problem of the social integration of the seasonal migratory retirees by analyzing the characteristics of the scale of the seasonal migratory retirees and the choice of the pension place,the present situation of off-sitc pension of the older,the social integration predicament and so on.Hainan Province is one of the famous pension areas in China,and the seasonal migratory retirees in Sanya is the most concentrated city in Hainan Province.Therefore,through carding the previous research experience and on the basis of empirical investigation,this study takes Sanya City as an example,combining rational choice theory and social integration theory.The social integration of the elderly in the process of off-site pensions is discussed from the following aspects:First of all,through data analysis and other scholars research,this paper simply combs the size of the seasonal migratory retirees in Hainan Province and Sanya,and then analyzes the choice and motivation of the seasonal migratory retirees according to rational selection theory.It was found that the residence time of the seasonal migratory retirees in Sanya was more than 3 months,and the climate and air quality were the main reasons to choose Sanya.Secondly,this paper analyzes the policy environment and public living environment related to the seasonal migratory retirees,and finds that the main obstacle to the integration of off-site pensions of the seasonal migratory retirees is the limitation of medical insurance settlement in different places.Second,rewarding the welfare of the seasonal migratory retirees is low;the third is that in the supply of public resources,there is a state of seasonal shortage of supply;fourth,although Hainan talent policy has been issued one after another,the implementation of the seasonal migratory retirees is not effective.Thirdly,from the five dimensions of economic life,social interaction,leisure and entertainment,social psychology and the identity of the local residents,to understand the status quo of the social integration of the seasonal migratory retirees.It is found that there is a problem of the area of economic and community cultural adaptation,such as the shortage of housing supply for the seasonal migratory retirees;the daily consumption of the seasonal migratory retirees is different from that of the local residents;the community participation of the seasonal migratory retirees and their interaction with the local residents are relatively poor;the entertainment and leisure style of the seasonal migratory retirees is different from that of the local residents.Second,the existence of the identity of the other in the cognition and negative behavior of the seasonal migratory retirees reduces the sense of belonging to the pension place;the communication gap between the seasonal migratory retirees and the local residents is caused by the cognitive deviation;some negative behaviors of the seasonal migratory retiree's cause "stigmatizing" reaction to them and so on.Finally,based on the three aspects of social policy,economy and community culture and identity,this paper puts forward the countermeasures to promote the integration of off-site pension of the seasonal migratory retirees from the government level and community level.At the level of government,the first is to strengthen the elimination of welfare barriers,the second is to rationally adjust the allocation of public resources for the elderly,and the third is to promote the implementation of the seasonal migratory retiree's talent policy.The countermeasures at the community level are to establish communication channels for the seasonal migratory retirees in the community,to guide them to participate in community construction and services,to increase the supply of facilities and housing in the community,and to carry out comnunity interaction activities to enhance understanding.Hope to explore solutions and measures for the government decision-making,social and residential inclusion of the pension areas,and also hope to do some reference for the follow-up related research.
