profound changes in the social material at the same time also led to the people thought the deep impact of culture and values,inspired the enthusiasm to further explore the new value system.Based on this background,in jiangsu province was carried out by questionnaire and interview of empirical research,describe and summarize the reality of migrant workers of political values.Using SPSS statistical description,logistic regression analysis and contingency table,explore the factors that influence the political values of migrant workers migrant workers to the intergenerational difference political values is analyzed emphatically.On this basis,further discussed political values for the political participation of migrant workers,migrant workers social integration,government management level and the reality of the impact of government services,etc.This study will not only to the rich theoretical achievements of political values,and promote the further perfect of theory of our political class subculture has certain theoretical value,but also for guiding the development of political participation of migrant workers and urban social integration and the institutionalization of political system construction,enhance the level of public services has practice significance.This study marxist class consciousness theory,theory,theory of political socialization of political culture and political development theory as the theoretical basis,the research of peasant workers' political values around political importance,political trust,regime,and preferences,self-efficacy of political government five dimensions and so on.After comprehensive analysis of the results showed that:China's migrant workers political values still is given priority to with "I belong to the type",supplemented by "citizen" and"regional" type,generally in a "I belong to the type" to "citizens" type of quantitative change accumulation stage,the political values of the blend of traditional and modern,has the characteristics of transitional,instability and fuzziness.In traditional ways:migrant workers still approval power,authority and the traditional social kinship relations and other important role to the social life,the superstructure has extremely high trust and rely on,is tied to participate in the vital interests of the social issues particularly positive,but the insufficient participation of public social affairs,have the tendency of "pragmatism".In the aspect of modernity:migrant workers to the modern values of the recognition is very high,such as the law of the criterion function,the importance of education and the idea of equality,they accept new ideas from the society,have the characteristics of modern,greeted the functions of the government with a higher expectation,to exclude a single concentrated form of regime,the desire for political pluralism and liberalism consciousness."Personal character class variables","social economic class variables","political socialization class variables" these three kinds of variables(including date of birth,gender,income,identity,on the current status of the relationship of society and their own satisfaction,the degree of culture,family culture background,the political landscape,income expectation,etc.),in addition to the income expectation and political values of social relationship satisfaction on migrant workers have no significant effect,other subject and object factors and the five dimensions of peasant workers' political values show significant correlation.Cultural degrees,family background and annual income were the highest.By two generations of migrant workers than the political values of the five dimensions,Cenozoic migrant workers of political values and the older generation and no significant differences,migrant workers political values still is given priority to with I belong to the type,mixed at a certain citizens and region.If from the view of generational comparison,the new generation of migrant workers who embodies modern features of slightly more than the older generation peasant workers,they have greater political responsibility,stronger political efficacy and political interest,subjective desire for political participation also more strongly.This is closely related to the less farming experience of the new generation of migrant workers,higher education levels,and the age of renewal.Through the above research conclusion,this paper discusses the political values of migrant workers how to influence the political participation,the urban social integration,the government management level of ascension,and the government service function optimization,etc.In terms of political participation,the overall level of political participation in the system of migrant workers is generally low and shows political apathy.However,two generations of migrant workers within the system conditions are not identical,Cenozoic migrant workers on political values compared with its predecessors more modernity,and the actual participation is more intense,but their political participation behavior in some practical aspects is lower.For example,political participation in the workplace.Social integration in city,perception of time opportunity,strikingly similar to the proportion of two generations of migrant workers,about eighty percent of people think that the present life and work opportunity many have to add some more than their parents,on the whole society is gradually towards opening and progress,Social mobility of the channel in the constantly expanding,provides display space for personal efforts to the day after tomorrow,but from another perspective,is in a state of spontaneous class of migrant workers,the city into the more difficult.In the conclusion part,the author has carried on the further clarification to suppose,and put forward the corresponding Suggestions,including to strengthen the education and training of migrant workers and increasing the income of migrant workers,strengthen urban tolerance for migrant workers,broaden the channels of political participation
