In the process of constructing a socialist political system with Chinese characteristics and a rule of law system,the reform of the State Supervision Commission is an inevitable and important component.Based on the research object of the State Supervision Commission,this paper starts from the two aspects of power attribute and system construction,intends to deeply explore the problems in have been based on the important goal of consolidating state power and forming a new pattern of anti-corruption,vigorously promoting the construction and reform of the state supervision system,and marking it as building socialism with Chinese characteristics.An important part of the political system and the rule of law system is an important background and practical significance for the study of the power and system of the National Supervision Commission.From the perspective of theory and practice,China's current research on the State Supervision Commission is still in its infancy,and there is still room for development.At the same time,in the research method,the method of normative analysis is mainly used to prove the attribute of the State Supervision Commission and
