Research On The Supervision Mechanism Of My Country's Supervisory Power

At the first meeting of the 13 th National People's Congress in March 2018,the Constitutional Amendment of the People's Republic of China and the Supervision Law of the People's Republic of China were reviewed and approved.The State Supervision Commission was formally established and put into operation.How to effectively supervise the exercise of supervision power and prevent the abuse of supervision power is an unavoidable issue in both theory and practice,and an important part of ensuring the success of the reform of the national supervision system.This paper will take the supervision mechanism of supervision power as the research object,sort out and analyze the current supervision mechanism of China's supervisory power,and combine the useful experience of relevant supervision mechanisms in Singapore,Japan and Hong Kong to discuss China's supervision from multiple supervisory subjects and multiple dimensions.The problems existing in the supervision mechanism of the power operation of the power itself,stimulating the institutional advantages of China's power supervision and control mechanism,on the basis of the existing established supervision and control methods,coordinating the supervision of all parties,enriching the means of innovation and supervision,and monitoring for China Suggestions for the construction and improvement of the supervision mechanism of the right.This paper is divided into four parts.The first part is an overview of the relevant concepts and connotations of China's supervisory power supervision.It sorts out the history of the state's supervisory power reform,and analyzes the necessary and important lines of supervision and supervision.The second part is briefly This paper introduces and analyzes the supervision mechanism of surveillance power in Singapore,Japan and Hong Kong,and finds the successes that China can learn from.The third part is the supervision of China from the two aspects of external supervision mechanism and internal supervision mechanism of China's supervisory power.The status quo of the power supervision mechanism is analyzed and researched,the main problems of the supervisory power supervision mechanism in China are found out andthe causes of the problems are analyzed.The fourth part is based on the second and third parts,combined with the concrete reality,from strengthening the party committee.Four aspects of supervision,NPC supervision,improvement of relevant laws and regulations on supervision rights,and creation of new forms of supervision propose the concept of perfecting China's supervisory power supervision mechanism.
