Registration And Management Of Public Institution Information Disclosure

In the present situation,China is in a crucial period of deepening reform,so is the public institution.As an important part in the social structure,public institution is also facing the reform pressure.In addition to the classification of reorganization,the reform in the approaches of supervision is also a critical task.How to transform the management style of heavy-registration and light-supervision,how to innovate the approach of supervision,would be the main focus of the public institution registration management authorities in all levels.This paper mainly uses,first literature review method;by studying a large number of literature,reviewing both the domestic and foreign researches on the government information publicity theory and practice,to extract useful views and points in the public institution registration management and information publicity.Secondly,through the interviews to Quanzhou Municipal Development and Reform Commission Credit Office,authorities of Quanzhou public institution registration management,certain public institutions and the staffs of main department,to investigate the current information publicity situation of Quanzhou public institution registration management.Last but not least,by integrating theory and practice,on the basis of the theoretical research and relate to the actual conditions in Quanzhou,this paper puts forward feasible and valid countermeasures.To disclose the public institution registration management information,is a major change in the way of supervision of the registration management authority to the legal body of the public institution.Based on the study of the practice of information publicity of registration management,this paper explores the establishment of information publicity system of registration management and supporting system mechanism,which would help in creating service-oriented government and promoting the healthy and orderly development of public institutions.
