According to the development of China's present objective reality, correct, fully and effectively fulfill the duty, The service-oriented government should correctly, fully and effectively fulfill the duty and improve the service level. On the basis of economic growth, the service-oriented government should pay more attention to social construction, to guarantee and improve the livelihood of the people, promote social reform, improve social management and public service, promote social fairness and justice. Namely, to build the service-oriented government is to perfect socialist market economy,to build the service-oriented government is to develop socialist democracy, is the important means to implement the scientific development concept and the construction of harmonious society of socialism.The theory of building a service-oriented government was introduced into China in many places.There were more considerable achievements in the practice in many places.
