Research On The Political Participation Of The New Generation Migrant Workers In Luoyang City

The new generation of peasant work is the main force of China's modern industrial workers in the future.Its political participation is an important part of the political participation of Chinese citizens.It is an effective way for the new generation of migrant workers to express their political interests and protect their legitimate rights and interests;Political participation is of great significance in promoting fairness and justice and maintaining social stability.However,in real life,due to various factors,the new generation of migrant workers are separated from the edge of cities and rural areas,lacking the right to political participation and the sense of belonging.Therefore,in the decisive stage of building a well-off society in an all-round way,it is necessary to systematically analyze the relevant factors that restrict the political participation of the new generation of migrant workers,solve the dilemma,and guide the new generation of migrant workers to participate in political activities in an orderly manner.Based on the combing of relevant theories,this paper takes the political participation of the new generation of migrant workers in Luoyang as the research object,and comprehensively uses literature research and investigation and research methods.Through the investigation of the relevant situation of four enterprises in Luoyang City,it is found that although the awareness of political participation of the new generation of migrant workers in Luoyang has improved,there is still a lack of political participation willingness,insufficient participation and cognition,formal participation,and participation channels.Poor and other issues.In view of the above problems,systematically analyze the reasons for restricting the political participation of the new generation of migrant workers from the aspects of institutional factors,social factors,organizational factors and main factors.On this basis,we will strengthen the political participation of the new generation of migrant workers.System construction,strengthening government support;creating a good environment;improving the degree of organization and improving the political participation ability of the new generation of migrant workers;and providing specific theoretical support for guiding the new generation of migrant workers to participate in political activities in an orderly manner and path reference.
