Study On The Influence Of Public Service Supply On The Urban Settled Willingness Of Agricultural Transfer Population

With the rapid development of China's economy,the number of agricultural transfer population is also increasing.As of 2017,China's agricultural transfer population has reached 286 million people.Agricultural transfer population groups have become an important social group that Chinese society can not ignore,and further accelerate the process of urbanization of agricultural transfer population has become an important link to promote China's new urbanization construction.As the premise and foundation of realizing urbanization,the intention of urban settlement is also the truest expression of the willingness of agricultural transfer population,so how to enhance the willingness of agricultural transfer population to settle in cities has been paid more and more attention.Under the background of the new concept of urbanization development with"people foremost",the public service supply plays an increasingly prominent role in enhancing the willingness of agricultural transfer population to settle in cities.Therefore,this paper chooses the influence of the public service supply on the urban settlement willingness of the agricultural transfer population,which mainly discusses the following three questions:What is the current state of public service supply to the agricultural transfer population and the settlement willingness of the agricultural transfer population in the destination?How does the supply of public services in the destination affect the willingness of the agricultural transfer population to settle?How can we increase the willingness of agricultural transfer population cities to settle by improving the supply of public services to the destination?Using the dynamic monitoring data of the national floating population in 2017,this paper selects Guangzhou,which is very representative in both public service and agricultural transfer population,as a sample city,and gets 887 samples as needed by screening.Combining with the sample data,firstly,this paper makes a descriptive analysis on the present situation of the public service supply and settlement willingness of the agricultural transfer population in Guangzhou.The analysis shows that the level of public service supply for agricultural transfer population in Guangzhou is not good,and the willingness of urban settlement of agricultural transfer population in Guangzhou city is not strong.Secondly,Using Binary logistic regression model,the influence of public service supply on the willingness of urban settlement of agricultural transfer population is emphatically investigated.The results show that in the respect of the core self-variables that reflect the level of public service supply,the agricultural transfer population who has no difficulties in urban employment,or who handle the health files of residents,or who has the shorter time to get to the nearest medical service,or who has the Social Security card,or who has the medical insurance for urban workers,or who's has better educational opportunities has stronger urban settled willingness.Good public service supply will play a significant role in promoting the willingness of agricultural transfer population to settle in cities,and the improvement of the level of public service supply is helpful to the improvement of the willingness to settle down in cities with agricultural transfer population.In respect of control variables,age,level of education,monthly household income and identity can also have a significant influence to the willingness of the agricultural transfer population to settle in cities.Finally,based on the above empirical and theoretical research,from the point of view of promoting the process of urbanization of agricultural transfer population,the following policy suggestions are put forward:we should enhance the employment support of agricultural transfer population,and reduce the difficulty of urban employment,and improve the level of urban employment service supply,and enhance the willingness of agricultural transfer population urban settlement.We should improve the level of health service supply,and expand the coverage of medical and health services,and improve the level of urban medical and health service supply,and enhance the willingness of agricultural transfer population urban settlement.We should expand the coverage of social security services,and improve the existing social security service system,and improve the level of urban social security services supply,and enhance the agricultural transfer of population urban settlement willingness.We should improve the education service for children of agricultural transfer population,and improve the level of education service supply for children,and enhance the willingness of agricultural transfer population to settle in cities.We should raise the income level of agricultural transfer population,and strengthen the sense of urban belonging of agricultural transfer population,and enhance the willingness of urban settlement of agricultural transfer population.
