Design And Implementation Of Emergency Dispatching System For Agricultural Administrative Law Enforcement

At present,there is no emergency dispatching system in the agricultural administrative law enforcement system.The emergency dispatching of agricultural administrative law enforcement is not timely,the command is not effective and the work efficiency is low.Therefore,when the provincial agricultural administrative law enforcement team developed the "Jiangsu Province Agricultural Administrative Comprehensive Law Enforcement Information System"(Phase ?),it put forward the development requirements of the agricultural administrative law enforcement emergency dispatching system.Emergency dispatching system needs to locate the field law enforcement personnel in real time when an emergency occurs,and display the area and geographical location of law enforcement personnel in a visual interface.According to the strategy of emergency dispatching,law enforcement personnel in this area are recommended in the form of maps for emergency dispatching.By analyzing the characteristics of emergency dispatching in agricultural administrative law enforcement,an emergency dispatching strategy is designed.The distance factor and efficiency factor are combined to calculate the best scheme,recommend the most suitable personnel for emergency dispatching,scientifically dispatch law enforcement personnel for emergency handling,and improve the efficiency of emergency handling in administrative law enforcement.The main work of this paper is:1.The emergency dispatching system of agricultural administrative law enforcement is designed,and its functions are divided into six functional modules:user positioning,trajectory playback,emergency dispatching,data statistics,user management and mobile alarm.2.From the perspective of PC and mobile,the system is implemented to ensure that the agricultural law enforcement emergency dispatching system has a wider application space.Considering data security,the system uses MD5 encryption technology for data storage and HTTPs for data interface design.3.Designing the personal positioning of field law enforcement officers in mobile terminal,calling JavaScript SDK interface of Wechat applet to obtain the positioning coordinates of law enforcement officers.By calling Baidu map coordinate conversion service,the obtained positioning coordinates of law enforcement officers are converted to Baidu map coordinates.4.Emergency dispatching strategy integrates distance and efficiency factors.In view of distance,the route planning distance and travel time are calculated by calling the batch route calculation service of Baidu Map according to the coordinates of starting point and end point.In terms of efficiency,considering that the processing efficiency accuracy of law enforcement officers will increase with the number of incident processing,the time required for the complexity of unit incident of law enforcement officers is calculated.According to the proposed emergency dispatching strategy,the individual emergency dispatching values of law enforcement personnel are obtained,and the most suitable personnel are selected for emergency dispatching.Relevant development results have obtained software copyright.
