Study On The Status Quo And Countermeasures Of Municipal Engineering Quality Government Supervision

With the gradual improvement of urban infrastructure,municipal engineering plays a more and more prominent role in the development of national economy.The quality of municipal engineering directly influences the economic development of China and relates to People's Daily work and life.Government regulation plays a very important role in ensuring the quality of municipal projects.The strength of government regulation and whether the supervision methods are scientific or not all directly affect the quality of municipal projects.But presently a lot of research is from the engineering quality supervision mechanism and regulation mode of its management of the project itself,is not very seriously,and about the government's supervision of municipal engineering quality,relevant academic research results is not very rich,therefore,this paper takes wuhan east lake public service center project as an example,analyzes the problems existing in the government supervision in the project,causes and countermeasures.This paper takes Wuhan East Lake Public Service Center project as an example to analyze in depth the problems,causes and countermeasures of government supervision in this project.The study finds that the government has the following problems in the quality supervision of the municipal engineering:First,the contradiction between the quality supervision and the central organization management,including the lack of strategic management,resulting in a complex organizational structure,wasted design of the organizational structure;second,project organization and human resources management The contradiction in configuration includes uneven distribution of wages,insufficient investment in human resources management,imperfect system,and lagging in the concept of human resources management.Third,existing problems of low project organization communication efficiency include timely awareness of active communication and communication.Not strong,standardized communication channels,information distortion.Then,compare the advanced concepts of foreign quality supervision mechanisms:institutional background and quality verification team,domestic quality supervision mechanisms:institutional background,quality supervision agencies,construction project quality supervision methods,etc.,and look for aspects that can be used for domestic quality supervision.Finally,it puts forward optimized countermeasures:First,optimize the organization of business management content,including the optimization of business process management,achievement quality management,information flow management,and professional resource management;second,optimize the content of human resources management,including the optimization of management objectives,management content Thirdly,optimize multiple communication channels,:including establishing project communication mechanisms,adopting diversified information communication methods,and maintaining timely and efficient flow of communication channels.This study optimizes the quality supervision mechanism of Wuhan Donghu Public Service Center project and provides theoretical support and practical guidance for the government to carry out quality supervision mechanism.
