Research And Optimization Of Information Management System For Dynamic Supervision Of Municipal Party Committee

In the context of global information technology,e-government has become an indispensable tool of government in the world.Especially since the eighteen years of the Party,China has opened a new round of administrative system reform,and the pace of government function transformation has been noticeably accelerated,which has stimulated the potential of social innovation and improved the efficiency of government services.At present,with the rapid development of cloud computing,big data,Internet of things and other information technology,countries around the world are actively relying on the Internet to deepen the application of new technology innovation,in order to cope with the challenges posed by the new round of economic changes.In 2016,China government first proposed to vigorously carry out the"Internet plus government services,promote the integration of information technology and government management depth to the Internet thinking,to promote the quality and efficiency of economic development and transformation and upgrading.Government supervision is an important component of Party committees and government work,is an important part of the full performance of duties,and is an important guarantee for the implementation of the party and government's major decision-making and deployment.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the related problems of strengthening the upervision work by means of e-government.The existing government supervision generally adopts such means as “manual supervision”,“conscious implementation”,“leadership” and“non informational” means,often because of insufficient communication,resulting in inefficiency,and the target can not be implemented.Municipal Party committee,the government has deployed the inspection of electronic information management system(hereinafter referred to as the inspection system),strengthen the timeliness and accuracy of government supervision in a certain extent by means of information,but because of the lack of analysis and Research on the professional supervision system,there are still large problems in terms of improving government supervision work accuracy,enhance government supervision work the efficiency and application of government inspection results,need further improvement and innovation.This paper analyzes and studies research and optimization of information management system for dynamic supervision of municipal Party committee,pointsout the shortcomings of the system,and puts forward the corresponding solutions to the problems,and realizes them through design.The innovation of this paper includes the following three aspects: first,optimize the administrative supervision work program,increase the interaction in the process of supervision system,supervision and implementation of the whole process of dynamic monitoring,to further improve the accuracy of government supervision.Second,the existing simplified concentrated supervision matters evaluation standard,according to the special inspection matters and decision-making supervision matters of common indicators to adjust and optimize the formation of inspection matters simple evaluation system and rules,rapid assessment of the inspection item settles on special inspection matters and decision-making in the system,at the same time given to the special inspection and Evaluation Decision Supervision matters statistical tables for accurate correction to improve the work efficiency of government supervision.Third,the establishment of government supervision based on the results of the simple evaluation system of cadres,provide the possibility for municipal Party committee and the government inspection results are applied to the annual assessment of cadres and cadres appointment.In short,through research and optimization of information management system for dynamic supervision of municipal Party committee,make supervision work more standardized processes,strengthen the supervision and management of the municipal supervision matters,improve the executive ability of various departments,so as to further enhance the government supervision matters gone through quality and improve the efficiency of the government supervision.At the same time,increase the government supervision matters handled by the municipal Party committee and government leaders decision-making,selection and appointment of cadres and other important matters of reference value.
