Cooperative governance,which is one of the social governance innovation models,is a governance model in which the public sector and the non-government sector participate together in an equal consultation manner,with the aim of formulating and implementing public policies or managing public affairs.As one of the main bodies of cooperative governance,in the process of participating in grassroots democratic governance,from the propagator to the builder,from the critics to the supervisor,its own social role is quietly changing,and it reflects its constant adaptation to the times in the transformation.And influence the characteristics of the times.To this end,how to accurately grasp the process of interaction between mass media and cooperative governance,accurately understand the new functions of mass media in the era of cooperative governance,and promote the continuous improvement of social governance is an important issue in the study of social governance and mass media functions.This article takes Hangzhou TV station "Our Roundtable" as the research object,combines empirical analysis,interviews and other methods to analyze the specific operation process of "round table",and study the party and government leaders,industry organization representatives,media and citizen representatives on this platform.How to conduct rational consultations and interactive dialogues in all walks of life to achieve cooperative governance of public affairs,and from the perspective of mass media function,study the new exploration of TV media and reflect the new interactive relationship between the government and the society.The study finds that the operating mechanism of the "round table" has achieved the governance effect beyond the traditional administrative mode,shaping the public discourse space in reshaping the subject relationship,and cultivating the participants' public rationality in a continuous operation.From the current operational results,there are still some shortcomings in the "Our Roundtable" column,mainly including:the breadth and depth of social participation needs to be improved,the selection process of experts,scholars and representatives of the public needs to be improved,the feedback mechanism needs to be improved,and the technical support work need to be further strengthened.In view of these shortcomings,this paper prop.oses a perfect path from the aspects of perfecting multiple open mechanisms,perfecting the representative selection mechanism,improving the feedback mechanism of citizens,and increasing investment in program technical support,in order to further improve the program flow,improve program quality,and promote social governance.The dual innovation of mode and mass media function.
