After 30 years of reform and development,especially since the landmark civil servant law of the People's Republic of China came into force 13 years ago,introduced the system of civil servant in developing continuously improve,gradually formed a central level "on" and provincial "provincial exams","city" on the exam,the situation of "test area" in parallel,two kinds of test selection millions of fresh blood into the civil servants,our cadres in the "more revolutionary,younger,better educated and more professionally competent" road to the steady development of cadres from the emphasis on "root is MiaoGong" to employ fair competition,from running relationship,to enter through the back door,to be decided by the "note" to test,The restoration and reconstruction of the exam recruitment system is undoubtedly of epoch-making significance in the history of China's contemporary political development.Based on the system analysis theory and talent evaluation theory,this paper USES a variety of research methods to conduct in-depth research on the problems existing in the recruitment process of civil servants in henan province.At the same time,it traces the roots to the source and studies the optimization path of the current recruitment system of civil servants through literature research and comparative analysis.Aiming at the problems in the recruitment examination of civil servants in henan province,such as unclear position classification,uneven heat and cold professional requirements,arbitrary and intentional position condition setting,etc.,this paper provides a perfect path for the position setting,that is,to implement the civil servant classification examination system,strengthen the training and overall planning of the position condition setting.Aiming at the problems such as the lack of professionalism of written examination,the insufficiency of interview effectiveness and the unreasonable composition of examiners in the civil service examination,this paper puts forward several ways to increase the professional examination subjects,improve the quality of written examination proposition,increase the interview validity,construct the database of multiple examiners,and strengthen the training of examiners.In view of the current unreasonable enroll the program places such as directional positions before enter oneself for an examination has certain blindness,the test cycle is long,enroll cost higher problem,put forward a first test again in the civil service exam position choice of the mode of "knowledge points to volunteer",and establish the written performance qualification certificate system,to increase the number interview advice.
