Research On The Crime Of Cadre In Rural Grassroots And Its Prevention In Heyuan City

Nowadays,the cases of grass-roots duty crimes in rural areas are frequent and tend to increase year by year.Although the amount involved and the scale are small,the social harm is great.In rural grassroots duty crime cases,abuse of power,embezzlement,dereliction of duty and so on a variety of types,but a lot of crime and crime characteristics,has its inherent regularity in this article through to the past years of rural grassroots crimes were analyzed,and to summarize its inherent laws,characteristics,pattern.Mechanisms and programmes for the prevention of job-related crimes in rural areas have been developed in a targeted manner with a view to reducing the number and harm of job-related crimes in rural areas.This paper will study from four parts:The first part is the introduction.Based on the background and research significance of rural grassroots job crime,the author analyzes the current research status of job crime at home and abroad.This part focuses on the current criminal background of the rural grassroots cadres and the research ideas and methods of this paper.The second part of the general analysis for the rural grassroots cadres duty crime,mainly includes the following parts: the meaning of rural cadres,the meaning of duty crime,characteristics and harm of duty crime,the types of rural grassroots cadres in duty crime and the detailed analysis of related cases,etc.,mainly with the aid of data and examples to analyze the main characteristics of duty crime and the new direction of duty crime,and the impact of duty crime;The third part provides incentives for rural grassroots cadres to commit duty crimes,including personnel selection level,system management level,supervision and restriction level,personal quality level,etc.,providing profound theoretical support for the prevention measures of the fourth part and designing the basic framework for the prevention of duty crimes.The fourth part is the prevention and control measures of the post crime of rural grassroots cadres.In order to reduce the number and harmfulness of the cases in rural grassroots cadres,we should design the prevention mechanism by improving the mechanism system,related management system,improving the quality of cadres and strengthening the publicity of legal system.
