The Innovation Research On Community Governance Mechanism In China

This study by analyzing and in-depth research of deputies to contact the station with the government,social interaction,government administration and community autonomy cooperation and mutual symbiosis model optimizing mechanism,establish and perfect the National People's Congress Liaison Station innovation mechanism:enhance the management ability of China's urban community autonomy,and to promote the reform of management system in China.Starting from the analysis of the connotation of social organizations,taking governance theory and social governance theory as the theoretical foundation,this paper discusses the role characteristics of social organizations and the functions they assume in the grass-roots governance mode.This paper summarizes the historical evolution of the social governance system in China,and probes into the three modes of grass-roots governance.The introduction of typical community governance--a case study of the contact station Municipal People's Congress of Nanshan District Moon Bay area in Shenzhen.The background and operating mechanism of the workstation are discussed.and the results of the work are summarizedOn this basis,the paper analyzes and summarizes the restrictive factors of-the innovation and development of urban community governance,including the unclear confirmation of governance subjects,the lack of community governance adaptation mechanism,the lack of trust mechanism in community governance,and the lack of mechanism for community governance.Countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to the innovation of urban community governance mode of the National People's Congress,the establishment of the community in the Community Liaison Station,to achieve normalization to perform their duties on behalf of mechanism and establish representative pressure mechanism and establishing the system of community culture,talent to build a platf-orm for the exchange of inf-ormation to improve the governance,establish inf-ormation sharing mechanism,the establishment of community governance supervision mechanism,establishing the financial security mechanism community.community governance to establish and perfect the system of laws and regulations.A set of innovative mechanism for the Community Liaison Station of the people's Congress to adapt to the community governance is set up.This provides some theoretical reference value for the construction of urban communities in China.
