The group of workers is the leading group defined by the nature of our country. The research on the group of workers has always been a topic of enthusiasm for scholars.Since the founding of the People's Republic of China, with the development of socialist industrialization and the rise of China's manufacturing industry,China has become a globally recognized "world factory" and has formed the largest group of workers in human history and in the world today. With the socialism with Chinese characteristics entering a new era,China has set a goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way, realizing socialist modernization, and building a strong, democratic, civilized, harmonious and beautiful socialist modern power. The realization of these goals is closely related to the competitiveness of state-owned enterprises, and is also affected by the professional quality and political and ideological quality of thousands of workers in state-owned enterprises. Therefore, the issue of the identity of the state-owned enterprise workers must be paid attention to.This paper takes the state-owned enterprise workers in the Dongjiao Textile Factory of Xi'an as the research object, and selects the private enterprise workers of a daily chemical plant in the eastern suburb of Xi'an as the control group, using quantitative and qualitative research methods and analytical methods, from the party and The three dimensions of national identity, corporate identity and self-identification investigate the status quo of the identity group of state-owned enterprise workers in the new era, analyze the influencing factors and explore countermeasures. The study found that the identification of the workers' group itself is a multi-dimensional concept with rich connotations. This article focuses on the identity of the workers' group to the party and the state, the recognition of the organization and the identity of the self.As far as the textile workers in the eastern suburbs of Xi'an are concerned, from the perspective of historical development, their three major identities have different performances in different periods. Before the reform and opening up,the three majorities agreed and the level of identity was relatively high.In the early days of reform and opening up,textile workers were confused about the future development of the country and had doubts about the party's reform and opening up.The recognition of their textile enterprises and their recognition of themselves all showed a downward trend. With the continuous advancement of reforms, textile workers have highly recognized the rise of the country's comprehensive strength brought about by the reform and fully trusted the party's ability to govern and rejuvenate the country. However, the identification of enterprises has begun to differentiate and self-identification has begun to diversify. After entering a new era,the textile workers' group has a firm confidence in the country's future development prospects.Under the leadership of the Communist Party of China,it is highly enthusiastic to achieve national rejuvenation through hard work, but the recognition of corporate organizations still shows a differentiation trend. The factors affecting the recognition of textile workers are: the reform of state-owned enterprises and the status of state-owned enterprises, the competitiveness of enterprises and the ability to transform and upgrade, the degree of cooperation between enterprise development and the development concept of the new era,the correlation with other reforms, and the benefits of enterprises. And their own income, social support and individual self-psychological adjustment ability.Based on this, this study takes the new historical conditions as the background and proposes that the state vigorously promotes the socialist core values. The enterprise forms a corporate culture with its own characteristics. The trade union organization actively protects the rights and interests of the workers' groups and increases the public opinion of the public opinion and the mass media. To promote the spirit of artisans and enhance their own skills and other countermeasures and suggestions, with a view to improving the recognition of the workers of the state-owned enterprises, and volunteering to contribute to the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
