With the development of China's economy,the flow of people in the city is growing,and follow the parents to come to the city life of children more and more,released in 2014,"China Mobile Children's Data Report" shows that China has 12.5%of children For mobile children.As there are increasing numbers of migrant children,there are obvious problems in the self-efficacy of migrant children because of the family background and lifestyle differences,and we need to pay attention.In this study,a total of 149 students from three classes were sampled in the fourth grade of X primary school in Nanjing,and the self-efficacy questionnaire was used as a sample.After the survey,the children and the city The results of the children's survey showed that the self-efficacy of children in X primary school was lower than that of non-migrant children,and it was judged that children with X primary school had a low self-efficacy.After that,59 mobile children who participated in the questionnaire survey were randomly selected.Twenty mobile children were interviewed by their parents,parents and class teachers.On the one hand,they understood their current situation and self-efficacy.On the other hand,,Hope that through interviews to understand their low self-efficacy of the deep-seated reasons.Through the analysis of the questionnaire survey results and the interview data,it is found that the problem of low self-efficacy of migrant children is on the one hand,the common problem exists in children,and on the other hand,the children's personality And cognitive,family education,parent-child relationship and other reasons.In this study,six self-efficacy groups were selected from the surveyed 59 children with self-efficacy,and six children with self-efficacy similarity were selected to develop a self-efficacy improvement group for mobile children,using a developmental group model For the team members to carry out the "flying self,happy growth" as the theme of self-efficacy to enhance the group activities,designed "know you really good" "I am proud of myself," "unique me","my friend","Wind and rain","my things I call the shots" and "I grew up" seven group activities to achieve the group goals.Through the assessment of the effect of the group activities,the use of group work professional methods to improve the self-efficacy of migrant children,specifically in the promotion of self-confidence,in the study and interpersonal performance in the positive,in the group dare to show themselves and so on.Finally,the short-term intervention of the team's work can improve the learning object,the interpersonal and the self-efficacy in the study of the group's working methods,the group work intervention mode and the social work role in the group.Performance,and finally to improve the self-efficacy of migrant children.
