| In recent years,the crime of the hearing disability adolescence is a frequent occurrence.A number of reports on the theft of hearing disability adolescence have raised public concern about the group.As a kind of deviant behavior,the theft of hearing disability adolescence will strengthen the cognition of the wrong behavior if it is not corrected in time,which is harmful to the healthy growth of the individual.At the same time,the kind of deviant behavior will make the hearing disability adolescence suffering the negative stereotype,which has a negative impact on the survival and the development of the group.For the hearing disability adolescence living in the collective environment of welfare institutions,it is more important to correct their theft in time due to the lack of main carrier of socialization.We need not only to recognize the special physiological conditions and the socialization process of hearing disability adolescence but also to use the systematic method to guide them for adjusting their behavior.This study is based on the social work service for the theft of hearing disability adolescence of welfare institutions in city N.The object of this study who is living in the Social Welfare Institute of Children in city N since childhood has changed living environment frequently for the treatment.He accepted social work services after the punishment by police because of his opening the doors and windows of the office area to steal.The researcher took the items of ’stealing’ as the starting point to clarify the real needs behind their behavior.Based on the previous experience and the service life analysis of his living environment,the researcher believed that the impact of the causes of deviant behavior is not only from the lack of socialization,but also closely related with the living environment.After establishing a harmonious relationship with the object of this study,the researcher communicated with the temporary guardian at many times for identifying service objectives.From the point view of ecosystem theory,the author made a parallel study of the object and the environment of TIE personal and environmental communication framework.The researcher tried to guide the service object to acquire rules and regulate behavior on the basis of adjusting the cognition and learning language,at the same time removed negative labels from the environment for him.What’s more,The researcher created a clear attribution of goods as the atmosphere between children living in the institution.Through a case study of eight weeks,the researcher helped him set up a sense of the rules and improved his social development.After trying to improve the living environment of the research object and help him to clear the channels of access for resources,the researcher helped him to correct the theft ultimately.During the implementation of the research,the researcher realized the impact of service accuracy from communication difficulties and the limitations from the intervention model itself.At the same time,the researcher encountered ethical dilemmas from the hierarchy,which was the deficiency of this study.Through the study,the researcher hope to accumulate some practical experience in this field as well as appeal to the public to raise concerns on the hearing disability adolescence living in the Social Welfare Institute of Children. |
