On Information Sharing Of Electronic Documents In Government Departments

With the rapid development of computer science technology and network information technology,electronic documents play an increasingly important role in social activities.In the process of network activities,people constantly produce various types of electronic documents.The growth rate of these documents is faster and faster,and they have a very short life cycle.It needs a complete management mechanism and channels to capture these documents.And fully tap its value,promote information exchange and sharing.Among the vast amount of electronic documents,the electronic documents of government departments are a more special kind,which are more standardized,more useful,more real and reliable than other types of electronic documents.Deep excavation of electronic documents of government departments is not only the need of building a service-oriented government,but also the need of building an information society.How to make full use of the information resources in the hands of the government and realize the co-construction and sharing of information is not only the focus of the governments of all countries and regions in the world,but also the main direction of the development of information technology in our government.The electronic documents of government departments account for the majority of the information resources of government affairs,and their management should be more standardized and specialized because of their evidential value and standardization.This paper focuses on the electronic file sharing of government departments in China,and combines with the
