Research On The Willingness And Impact Factors Of Tourism Endowment For The Elderly

At present,the trend of population aging in China is constantly becoming serious because the number of elderly population is increasing rapidly.At the same time,with the rapid development of China society and economy,the melioration of the elderly living's level gradually leads to the changes of higher elderly requirements and consumption methods.These specific changes gradually extend to health with anti-aging from traditional their son or daughter's support,and pay more attention to the higher quality and the variety of the elderly livings.These behaviors promote the development of outdoor travel that gradually becomes a new living method for ensuring physical and mental health and making their life more comfortable and relaxer.In order to enriching the elderly livings and improving their living quality under the severe situation of the aging in China,tourism endowment not only meets the various needs of daily living and good environment,but also alleviates the sharp issues of the elderly's endowment.It largely advances the development of the related services and the stability of social harmony and economy.The “Thirteenth Five-Year Plan for the Construction of the Pension Service system in Shijiazhuang”,issued by Shijiazhuang government,shows that there are 1.665 million elderly people over the age of 60 in Shijiazhuang,accounting for 17.25% of the total population of Shijiazhuang.It was 1.2 percentage points higher than the national average.Under the increasingly austere trend,the advancement of tourism endowment not only meet the currently social requirements of the elderly,alleviate the increasingly acute social pension problems,but also help to promote the development of related pension industries and the economy.In order to ensure economic growth and social harmony and stability,the development of tourism endowment for Shijiazhuang with a large elderly population has great potential.Based on the above background,this paper clearly defines the related concepts of tourism endowment for the elderly,and illustrates its theoretical mechanism.By referring relevant literatures,the present situation of tourism endowment for the elderly in Shijiazhuang has been summarized.At the same time,the investigation of the policy in Shijiazhuang has been done and analyzed quantitatively for its related factors through the applied models and the specific hypothesis.We continue to pile up the related documents.However,by studying the successful cases based on statistical methods to learn the whole characteristics and its related distribution for tourism endowment policies,we have obtained the willingness of tourism endowment by the means of cross-analysis and then sorted them.Furthermore,based on 2D Logistic model to analyze the related factors on the influences of tourism endowment's willingness,we extracted and chose the key factors of its willingness.In this study,we mainly focused on the willingness and evaluation of tourism endowment over 50 year old people in Shijiazhuang.During this survey,it shows the low value(34.6%)about the willingness of tourism endowment in Shijiazhuang,but other people refuse to try the service accounted for(65.4%).We concluded the reasons from three aspects: personality level,family level,and society level.For the personal level,we analyze those elderly people who have a strong willingness for tourism endowment on their related factors,including high salary,high education,good health,high living satisfaction,high recognition,and good evaluations.For the family level,we considered the spouse living situation,someone's support,and their specific relationships among their family.For the society level,we concluded some factors to affect the final decision on tourism endowment,including society assurance,endowment approaches,positive social activity,specific attitudes on travel's cost,and optimistic evaluations.Finally,according to the survey,we concluded the results and then discussed the related issues on tourism endowment,including the lack of information's spreading approach,lack of social recognition and commonality,lack of professional servers,and creative and valuable products.By referring to the domestic and international examples on tourism endowment,we proposed the common suggestions and policies improvement of supply initiative,construction of information platform,and a professional talent training system.Considering the specific situations on Shijiazhuang city,we suggest specific suggestions,which mainly focuses on enhancing the spread of tourism information platform,developing the specific service products,and so on.The final purposes are to accomplish the tourism endowment system,to enrich the elderly living,to meet the various lifestyles,alleviate the pressure of the gradual aging for Shijiazhuang,and finally to provide the referred opinions for social endowment service system.
