The job satisfaction of township civil servants is an important witness to the level of human resource management in the administrative organs.At the same time,the quality of job satisfaction can directly affect the attitude of the individual,impact on the enthusiasm of the work,and then reflect the work efficiency of a local administrative organ.It is an important guarantee for the future construction of innovative service-oriented government to effectively improve the job satisfaction of grassroots civil servants.Based on the framework of the double theory,this paper firstly explores the definition of township civil servants,and then takes the form of questionnaire to collect the job satisfaction of M county township civil servants set,using SPSS statistical analysis software to calculate the data,combined with the interview of the respondents,M county township civil servants job satisfaction status and impact factors further analysis.Through the investigation and study,it is concluded that the overall level of job satisfaction of township and town civil servants in M counties is generally.After analyzing the impact of different dimensions on job satisfaction,the study puts forward M county township public service from four aspects:first,establish and improve the relevant laws and regulations and mechanisms;second,the decentralization of power to maximize the efficiency of functional departments;third,speed up the pace of New Countryside construction and improve the working conditions of township and town civil servants;fourth,strengthen communication and exchange at all levels to improve the overall quality of'the team.
