Research On The Construction Of Organizational Social Capital Of The New Generation Of Migrant Workers

Migrant workers are a special group in the process of industrialization and urbanization in China.The citizenization of migrant workers is the core element of citizenization of migrant agricultural population in China.The report of the 19 th Party Congress points out: "we must speed up the citizenization of agricultural transfer population,” which key is to accelerate the citizenization of the new generation of migrant workers.With the continuous progress of China's reform and opening up,the intergenerational differentiation among migrant workers is becoming obvious.,and the new generation of migrant workers have gradually become the main member of migrant workers and the main force of modernization in China.Compared with the old generation,the new generation of migrant workers have a strong desire for citizenization,but the process of citizenization in real life is not very optimistic,which leads to a series of serious social problems.Moreover,the construction of the organizational social capital of the new generation of migrant workers will directly affect the ability and process of the new generation of migrant workers.The construction of the so-called organizational social capital of the new generation of migrant workers aims to promote the new generation of migrant workers to integrate into existing formal organizations such as trade union organizations,women federation organizations and grass-roots party organizations,to establish all kinds of informal organizations related to the new generation of migrant workers such as self-organizations of migrant workers,to promote the organizational participation and communication of the new generation of migrant workers,to enhance their organizational trust and ownership,and to expand their social capital stock.Once the new generation of migrant workers have sufficient organizational social capital,it will not only directly affect the citizenization of the new generation of migrant workers,but also indirectly boost the country's new urbanization.Therefore,the construction of the organizational social capital of the new generation of migrant workers is an important issue for China to accelerate the urbanization of agricultural transfer population and the construction of new urbanization in the new era.The paper takes the urbanization of agricultural transfer population as the research background,and takes the organizational social capital as the research perspective.On the basis of earnestly analyzing the social capital theory of Marxist classic writers,Chinese Communists and Western scholars,this paper discusses in detail the opportunities and challenges faced by the new generation of migrant workers in organizational social capital construction,and strives to explore the path of construction of social capital of the new generation of migrant workers.The framework of the paper consists of four parts:Part I: Introduction.This part construction of the new generation of migrant workers on the basis of studying the social capital theory of Marxist classic writers,Chinese Communists and Western scholars.Finally,based on the combination of social status and the background of the times,it explains the significance of constructing the social capital construction of the new generation of migrant workers.Part III: The current
