Study On Policy Implementation Of Beautiful Rural Construction In Zhenxiong County

The"three rural issues",namely,agriculture,rural areas and farmers,have always been fundamental issues that concern the party and the overall national situation and are the top priority of the work of the whole party.Building a moderately prosperous society in all respects is the most onerous and most arduous task in the countryside.The construction of beautiful villages is the party and country's major strategic plan for building a moderately prosperous society in all respects and promoting the process of modernization,industrialization and urbanization.At the same time,it is not only the call of The Times,but also the strong expectation and fundamental interests of the broad masses of farmers.The construction of beautiful countryside is of great realistic significance and far-reaching historical significance for realizing the comprehensive,coordinated and sustainable development of economy and society.In recent years,the town of Zhen Xiong county beautiful rural construction mainly through strengthening the construction of infrastructure and basic industries development and the construction of grass-roots organization,the project demonstration site construction become good infrastructure and basic industries development,economic development,social harmony,the wealthy life,ecological good,boutique pilot studies on urban and rural harmonious development.However,from the overall point of view,the implementation of the beautiful rural construction policy in Zhen Xiong county is still prominent.This paper attempts to find out the countermeasures and measures to improve the implementation of the beautiful rural construction policy in Zhen Xiong county by analyzing the causes of the existing problems.This paper selects the implementation of beautiful rural construction policies in Zhen Xiong county as the research object.Through literature research and model analysis,a large number of papers,research materials and research reports related to the implementation of beautiful rural construction policies are consulted and refer to the views and theories of some experts and scholars.From the perspective of the process model analysis of Smith's policy implementation,namely,this paper analyzes and studies the implementation of the beautiful rural construction policy in Zhen Xiong county from the four perspectives of idealized policies,environmental factors,implementing subjects and target groups that affect policy implementation.Through the model study,it is convenient to find the research focus and clarify the research framework and research factors.Through comparative analysis,this paper compares the implementation of the construction policies of beautiful villages in different regions,analyzes the implementation practices of the construction policies of beautiful villages in different regions,finds out the gaps,summarizes relevant theories and methods,and concludes the successful experience.Through the empirical investigation method,the author visited the workers and villagers that have successfully created the beautiful villages and that are creating the beautiful villages in Zhen Xiong county as the object of investigation,held symposiums on the implementation of the beautiful rural construction policy to listen to and record their voices,suggestions and opinions,and summarized their suggestions and opinion.On the basis of the above research methods,this paper summarizes the implementation of the beautiful rural construction policy in Zhen Xiong county and the results obtained,and discusses the existing problems and analyzes the causes of the existing problems and studies the successful experience and typical practices of the construction of beautiful villages at home and abroad,this paper explores the countermeasures and measures to effectively promote the implementation of the policies for the construction of beautiful villages in Zhen Xiong county.
