| China is a large agricultural country with five thousand years of civilization and much importance has been attached to the issues concerning agriculture, rural areas and farmers successive feudal rulers. Since the founding of the PRC. all the previous leaders have regarded the rural development as the basis of all works, and have always placed solving the "three agricultural problems" in a very important position, regarding the rural development as an important way to solve the "three agricultural problems". Beautiful countryside construction is the continuation and development of the construction of new socialist countryside, an important strategic deployment essential to the integration of urban and rural development, ecological civilization construction and rural cultural development and prosperity as well as the practice of people’s yearning for a better life, affecting the vital interests of the people.This paper is based on the construction of beautiful countryside, choosing Huaining County as the research object. Through up to six months of field research and collecting relevant data and information, it gives a comprehensive understanding of the status quo of Huaining’s beautiful countryside construction and a comprehensive analysis of the existing problems during this process and their causes and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to solve these problems.The main contents of this paper consists of six parts. The first chapter is an introduction, mainly to elaborate the beautiful countryside construction from the perspectives of the research background, purpose significance, methods and current situation. The second chapter is related concepts and theoretical basis for the construction of beautiful countryside, elaborating relevant connotations of the concepts of beautiful countryside construction and related theories used in this article: The third chapter is the status quo of the beautiful countryside construction of Huaining County, a comprehensive and in-depth study of the overview, achievements and safeguard mechanism of the beautiful countryside construction of Huaining County is made through field research and relevant government information; The forth chapter is about the problems in the beautiful countryside construction in Huaining County and the analysis of its causes. This chapter is divided into two parts. The first part is the extraction and summary of typical problems that occur during the construction of beautiful countryside in Huaining County while the second part is the analysis of the causes of these problems; The fifth chapter is the enlightenment of the rural development experience of developed countries and the chapter mainly covers the successful experience of South Korea and Japan and the enlightenment for the beautiful countryside construction in Huaining County; The sixth chapter is the countermeasures for the beautiful countryside construction in Huaining County. Countermeasures and suggestions are proposed for the beautiful countryside construction in Huaining County on the basis of previous discussion, that is. the status quo of Huaining County, the experience of developed countries, and relevant theories.Results of this study are relevant countermeasures and suggestions for better countryside construction in Huaining. Firstly, the importance of planning and architectural design should be strengthened all the time; Secondly, fanners" motivation to participate in the construction needs generating sufficiently; Thirdly, the mechanisms for investment and management of construction funds should be improved:Fourthly, the construction of a long-term dynamic mechanism of rural industrial development should be accelerated:Finally, rural public utilities needs constantly promoting. |
