Since the new era,with the continuous development of China's socialist economy and people's pursuit of quality of life,people have begun to pay attention to the education of their own quality development,and the development of education has also made remarkable achievements.In the period when education reform enters the most critical reform,it is necessary to build a corresponding public service system to promote the scientific and rational development of education,and promote the balanced allocation of educational resources in urban and suburban areas on the basis of equalization of basic public services.It is also a favorable guarantee for promoting the effective improvement of the comprehensive quality of our nationals.At the same time,education is one of the main components of the public service for public services.The rational allocation of educational resources can effectively ensure that education can achieve a qualitative leap in the actual teaching process.As one of the cities with rapid economic development in Zhejiang Province,Huzhou City is higher than the average level of Zhejiang Province in terms of economic development and education development.However,from the analysis of the existing educational resource allocation data in Huzhou City,there is a huge gap between the urban area and the suburbs.It does not actually solve the development problem of Huzhou education in the distribution of educational resources.The research framework of this paper is as follows:The first chapter is the introduction part of the thesis.This part mainly summarizes the background,purpose and significance of the article,and summarizes the related literature review.Finally,it explains the main research contents and research ideas and methods.The second chapter is the introduction of related concepts and theories.This chapter mainly introduces the basic concepts and theoretical foundations of this study,including the related concepts of public education services and public education services,and then introduces the theories used,including the theory of fairness and justice and the theory of new public services.The third chapter is the status quo of the educational resources allocation in Huzhou City and the analysis of the main problems.Taking Huzhou City as a specific case and analyzing the development status of Huzhou education,and expounding the current situation and main problems of Huzhou education resource allocation.The fourth chapter analyzes the reasons for the uneven distribution of educational resources in Huzhou City.This chapter will analyze the causes of the problems in the process of educational resources allocation in Huzhou City.The fifth chapter is the experience of foreign education resource allocation,through the analysis of the specific allocation of foreign educational resources and on this basis to provide a reference for the specific educational resources allocation in Huzhou City.The sixth chapter summarizes the specific work of the research,proposes the results achieved and analyzes the areas that need to be improved.This paper mainly uses the combination of literature research method and case study method to analyze the problems in the process of educational resource allocation by using Huzhou as a concrete practical case.And from the perspective of equalization of public services,we put forward opinions and suggestions on the allocation of educational resources in Huzhou City to ensure the equalization of resource allocation in Huzhou and the smooth development of education.Under this condition,the conclusion of this paper is drawn:the allocation of educational resources is very important for the development of education.Huzhou City should reasonably allocate the educational resources of urban and suburban areas in the process of actual education development to ensure the education of Huzhou City.successfully launch.
