Using interviews and questionnaires arecompulsory education information, through the comparative analysis of financial investment, school conditions, school teachers and students, betweendistribution of these data, the average educationalexpenditure per student, the average public expenditure,fixed assets, number of students are books, teachers and other indexes of one one analysis combined with analysis and survey information, discusses the equalization of compulsory education in Dongguan city has the following problems:regions and between urban and rural areas,between the schools and the difference between groups.The difference between town street is mainly reflected in the total investment, education expenditure per student expenditure, public expenditure per student, school conditions etc.. The difference between urban and rural areas is mainly reflected in the public expenditure per student, teaching conditions, teachers etc..
