Study On The Education Mode In Communities Where "Population Inversion"

In order to better meet the increasing cultural and spiritual needs of the people,the party and the state have vigorously built a learning society and advocated the active participation of the people in the community education while the people's material living standards have been continuously improved.Community education is not only one of the important components of China's public education cause,but also a humanistic basis for the development of community construction.In recent years,our country community education research test work is booming,and explore with Chinese characteristics socialistic community education development model and way,formed the extensively developed southeast coastal developed areas,the central and western regions,gradual development pattern,at all levels across the country set up a large number of community education experimental area,demonstration area,the national education community participation and satisfaction is increasing day by day.In this article,through "population upside down" phenomenon serious investigations YT district of ShenZhen,in-depth interviews at the grass-roots level,master the YT area most real data and actual situation of community education practice that YT area community education such as insufficient number of community education institutions,community education teachers and volunteers to be strengthened,community residents to participate in community education enthusiasm is not high,and community education lack of funding for these problems objectively reflect the YT area community education top-level design positioning is not accurate,make the community education development direction with the direction of national reserve,Plus YT area "population upside down" phenomenon formed a large number of floating population,limiting the community education's popularization and YT area community education mechanism is not sound,the grass-roots staff's work enthusiasm is low,coupled with the ShenZhen high property prices,high prices such as life pressure oppression,in-service personnel to make it even more difficult for community education promotion in this part of the social crowd.Then,this article from the mode of community education orientation,principles,norms,system guarantee,content system and implementation approach of these five aspects put forward a series of improvement measures,help YT area gradually improve community education work development situation,actively promote the community education at all levels of the experimental work,preliminary build community education management system and the personnel management system,building a community education system of professional titles,improve the community education teachers' work enthusiasm and sense of responsibility,and the preliminary built using local hi-tech information technology community education network system,make the community residents' participation enhances unceasingly.
