It can be said that the relocation of ex-situ pro-poor is one of the top ten projects to win the battle against poverty in China at present. In fact, the whole project involves a large number of poor households to relocate and the investment is also very large, which aims to fundamentally solve the problem of poverty alleviation and development of the poor population living in the area where "they can hardly afford the basic living." For the time being, the relocation of ex-situ pro-poor is to realize the goal of anti-poverty through capital allocation of poverty-stricken households through the reconstruction of human-land relationship.Although the evaluation of the effect of relocation of ex-situ pro-poor is mostly based on the allocation of capital, relatively little attention has been paid to the sustainable effect after relocation, failing to explore the underlying reasons behind the poor effect of poverty alleviation via relocation of ex-situ pro-poor,that is,the deep impact of cultural habitus on sustainable construction after the relocation of ex-situ pro-poor.By strengthening the research on cultural elements in the relocation of ex-situ pro-poor,the core elements behind the effectiveness of the relocation of ex-situ pro-poor can be found, and the exploration of this issue is of certain research and application value for the subsequent anti-poverty work.Based on the field investigation of the relocation of ex-situ pro-poor in Y village, this paper finds that,in terms of the design of the relocation system,it is hoped that the relocation can change the risky human-land relationship in the original living field of poor households, and build a perfect natural environment conducive to the survival for poor households in the new field,so as to achieve the anti-poverty goal. However, the poor households' behaviors in the relocation field are guided by cultural habituation, which makes it difficult for them to adapt to the relocation field due to their lagging ideas and behavior patterns As time goes by,cultural resonance is hard to form under the influence of cultural habituation, which makes it difficult for poor households to embed their behavior patterns and ideas in the relocation field, even though they are in the relocation field. As a bridge between the poor households and the relocation field framework, cultural habitus is related to the rationality and completeness of the asset construction, and will affect the anti-poverty effect and the sustainable development of the poor households. In view of the above situation,in the process of aid-the-poor relocation in remote areas,we should also pay attention to the deep influence of cultural habitus on anti-poverty while changing the field and changing the relationship between people and land, and achieve the reasonable and effective combination of assets by separating people and land and cultural habitus,so as to eventually achieve poverty alleviation. It is necessary to reconstruct the human-land relationship and at the same time pay attention to the change of the poor households' ideology in the work of the relocation of poverty alleviation,so as to help them establish the cultural habitus system in line with the relocation field. On one hand, the government should give full play to its social security function to protect the rights of poor households; On the other hand, communities should give full play to their functions of social support and communication to help poor households rebuild a stable social network.More importantly, the poor households themselves should pay attention to the cultivation of human capital, strengthen the quality of labor skills and ability to improve the poor households in the relocation of human capital in the field of the status quo.
