Research On The Governance System Of Rural Stock Cooperative Enterprises From The Perspective Of "Rural Revitalization"

Under the background of rural revitalization,the governance system of China’s rural joint-stock cooperative enterprises has excessive proportion of collective stocks,closed ownership structure,imperfect internal organizational structure,lack of effective supervision by enterprises,and difficulty in adapting to the protection of multi-level shareholders’ rights.Therefore,it is necessary to establish a corporate equity system that is compatible with the rural economy;to construct an internal organization of the enterprise that is compatible with the rural economy;and to establish a multi-level corporate voting mechanism that is compatible with the rural economy.The full text is divided into four parts: The first part mainly introduces the development history,concept and characteristics of the joint-stock cooperative enterprise,and expounds the difference between the joint-stock cooperative enterprise and the joint-stock enterprise and the traditional cooperative system;the second part mainly introduces the foreign agriculture.The legislative status of the economic organization governance system mainly includes the legislation of the agricultural cooperatives in the United States,Germany and Russia,and summarizes the experience of the agricultural cooperative enterprise governance systems in these countries.The third part mainly deals with the governance of the rural cooperatives in China.The status quo has been studied to analyze the problems existing in practice;the fourth part mainly proposes perfect suggestions for many problems existing in the governance system of rural joint-stock cooperative enterprises.
